Shipping
*Items will ship within 7-10 days upon receipt of payment.
*Items will be shipped from Chicago or from our alternate studio
located in Washington.
There may be times when products arrive in multiple shipments. In these
cases, you will not, I repeat, you will not, be
charged any additional shipping.
*Items that are out of stock will be back ordered and will be shipped
promptly when that item becomes available. If an item is out of stock,
Studio Zvi will notify you by email. At that time you have the option
of waiting for the item to be restocked or canceling the item. Studio
Zvi will make every effort to keep you notified on the status on
backordered items.
*All items are shipped UPS Ground unless alternate arrangements have
been made between customer and Studio Zvi.
Returns
*Studio Zvi will accept returns, with the exception of balloons,
on any product within 10 days of receiving item. Items must be
returned in the same condition as received.
*Please contact Studio Zvi by email if you wish to return an item. All
returns should include invoice number and reason for return.
Return Authorizations should be directed to returns@studiozvi.com
*Returns on Mylar Balloons will not be accepted if the product is
damaged due to customers negligence such as over inflating or tearing
the balloon when opening. If you receive a defective balloon
(Leaks or Broken Seal) , Studio Zvi will replace upon return of the
item. If the balloon did not inflate properly due to Manufacturers
error, Studio Zvi will refund the shipping cost + the balloon or send
out a replacement balloon. Refunds on defective balloons will be
made once Studio Zvi receives product and determines the defect was not
caused by the client.
